Attorney Dave Jones has been civilly prosecuting financial elder abuse, breach of fiduciary duty, and other instances of trustee, administrator, and executor wrong-doing for nearly a decade. In that time, he has helped his clients recover everything from hundreds of thousands of dollars to multi-million dollars in jury trials, court trials, mediations, and other settlements.
Dave Jones has a passion for technology, having spent over a decade as a computer consultant traveling the country to consult with Fortune 500 companies and major government agencies on their technology needs. Dave would then design and code the solutions for the clients. More recently, Dave's love of technology has led him to learn about cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin, Ethereum, Findora, Monero, etc.). Dave also attended a technical cryptocurrency course taught by MIT. Since then, he has become involved in cryptocurrency communities, even running a validator for the Findora blockchain.
Dave got his undergraduate degree from UCLA in 1995 and his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2004. Dave is a 2016 graduate of the Gerry Spence Trial Lawyers College (TLC). Dave has also trained with Roger Dodd and Tricia Kuendig in effective cross-examination and deposition techniques.
